Contact Lens Practice Enhancement: Patient Dialogues

When it comes to contact lenses in your practice, your philosophy will determine your success.  By understanding the real value of a contact lens patient and identifying practice solutions that will help you meet their needs, you will maximize your contact lens practice and enhance your profitability.

A key area that is often overlooked when exploring contact lens practice enhancements is the patient-doctor and patient-staff dialogue.  These dialogues influence the patient’s overall experience and whether or not they will keep coming back for their eye care needs and tell their friends or family about their experience in your office. During this session, we will explore the patient’s in-office experience with contact lenses beyond fitting the lenses themselves and identify ways to establish your practice as a center of excellence.
