Membership : Infinity Vision Alliance (IVA) is an organization offering membership to Eye Care Professionals involved in the practice of Optometry or Ophthalmology in good standing and properly licensed with their prospective state boards. Infinity Vision Alliance reserves the right to deny membership to those individuals that IVA determines are not practicing a level of high ethical standards. The member agrees not to join or participate in a similar competitive group. IVA members are free to cancel their membership within 30 days notice.

Terms and Conditions : IVA offers two options for new members when joining.

Option One : The member agrees to pay a quarterly administrative fee of $130, or yearly fee of $500, no later then the 15th of the month billed. The member also agrees to consistently utilize one of the Essilor Partner labs listed.

Option Two : The member agrees to pay an administrative fee of $300 per quarter or $1,000 per year with no lab requirement.
